CAZ Property Group was born out of an increasing client demand for the next step in a relationship with Sagamore Select Finishes Group. At the end of a project, many customers would continually request John, Julie and their team come back for help with any number of smaller jobs: paint touchups, appliance repair issues, and inspections, just to name a few.
It was their dedication to quick response times and a “client satisfaction is priority 1” mindset that led John and Julie to prioritize the creation of CAZ Property Group. We are a company designed to service existing clients in a more efficient and effective manner and treat new clients like we’ve known them and their properties for years.
